"TESEI" Co., Ltd. was registered by the Registration Chamber of the Nakhodka City Administration on August 16, 1991. 

Since then TESEI hits been focused on providing agency services to the merchant marine, namely, to ships calling at the Far East Russia ports for the purpose of loading/discharging, the seaport of Nakhodka among them.

By the present time our company has provided agency services to more than 2,500 ships. Most of vessels handled by our company are those of 20,000 to 50,0001 deadweight. Those of lesser deadweight are not deprived of our care, too. It is the quality of our services, our standing with the business partners and our business qualities that matter.

Tile whole of our company's activities are based on respect to the customer.

TESEI is a permanent member of the Association of Russian Maritime Agencies and Nakhodka Transport Association.

TESEI features excellently trained and customer needs oriented personnel. There are modern communication and technical facilities that help carry-out all the work efficiently and up to the highest quality standards.
Our company's aim is to render practical assistance to the Cargo-
Owners, Consignees, Charterers and Shipowners in arranging home and overseas carriages of export-import cargoes, in meeting he demand for high quality agency and transportation services, widening their range and strengthening the company's position on the home and the world market.

TESEI forwarding department was established in 1996. So, for five years, which is a kind of a jubilee too, this department has been engaged in providing forwarding services in conjunction with the Shippers and Consignees. Within the said period of time the forwarding department has handled approximately 2 mln tons of metal goods. Since 1998 the forwarding department has been engaged in handling timber and
logs. The amounts of timber and logs handled within these three years reach 1 mln cu.m.

We are hoping that these achievements are not the peak of our activities and we are doing our best to ensure further development, in this connection a great deal of attention is paid to the company's-
personnel. At present the number of the staff' is more than 50. Many of the employees have had training periods in Moscow and other regions of Russia. We have a strong belief that to maintain the high quality
of provided services great care should he taken of the personnel's qualifications and working conditions.

TESEI possesses all means of communications available at present in the world to conduct business in Russia and overseas. The company's premises are located conveniently both for the customers and the
employees, as they are situated in the Sea commercial port of Nakhodka and in the Nakhodka Business Centre building. We feed the Shipowners, and Charterers with complete and timely information, and also we deal with all the crew's requests, with customs clearing procedures and with issuing the certificates. Services are rendered 24 hours a day.

TESEI has close business relations with all the Sea commercial port of Nakhodka departments and with the agencies engaged in carriages via the ports of Vladivostok, Vostochny, Vanino. 

TESEI holds all the necessary licenses for the services it provides.
